Level 1 CrossFit Trainer 
Background in Powerlifting, Speed and agility as a Fast twitch coach.
Camp Counselor and activity director for sports and development for Y.M.C.A.
· Strength and sports development.
· Training youth athletes for over 8 years. Ages from 11 to 18.
· Back ground in Football, little league to college, Powerlifting, Speed and agility, Wrestling.

The mission of Strong Fitness & Performance Center is to focus on developing the total athlete for success on the court or field. Our goal is to educate athletes of all ages on injury prevention and the importance of developing strength, balance, speed, power, flexibility, agility, and mentality needed to compete at the highest level possible. 

Strong Performance workouts tie together a wide range of movements and drills to prepare both body and mind for competition. This is much more than just a lifting program, this program is designed to hit all primary targets from fast twitch movements to slow twitch movements, by variance of band work, crossover symmetry, barbells and objects used to build, balance, strength, power, speed, followed by a cool down stretch to work on flexibility.
